Fellow RPCV Looking For Advice and Current Connections in Delhi

Dear Friends of India,

I am an RPCV and Returned Peace Corps Response Volunteer.  My husband and I have just learned that he will be working in northern India for the next 15 months, and I will be joining him in-country, but living (and hopefully working) in Delhi.

In hopes of educating myself about and developing a support network in my new home, my first thought was naturally to connect with Peace Corps.  I'm a member of Friends of Mongolia, and despite learning that PC hasn't operated in India for some time, how lovely it is to find that FOI exists and is still active!

I write to introduce myself and in hopes that any FOI members may still live in Delhi or have insights, tips, or connections.  I work in public health and will have a work visa, so any employment networking tips or connections would be especially appreciated. Would any India RPCVs be willing to share?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Warm regards,

Tia Farrell, MPH
